Leaving Killarney...

Good Morning. Yesterday was terrific. We all headed out in shifts for the day to tavel the Ring of Kerry. Spectacular sights! What ya do... it's a driving route that encircles County Kerry. Very winding, up and down, and such. For much of the time you have the Atlantic and various landscapes to marvel at. Other times you're circling a series of beautiful lakes. We made LOTS of stops along the way --- lunch and scenic viewing. You know what a camera geek I am, so the numerous stops were to our liking. Thwy said we were doing the 'short' Ring because the 'long' Ring's road was closed in areas. We were at it for hours as it was, so I'm not sure what we couldda missed. It was awesome.

From there we drove in downtown Killarney where the boys performed a public concert at a shopping center. Again... Great show. And very much enjoyed by all. Must have been a couple hundred shoppers who stopped to enjoy as the took a break from whatever they had been doing. The days are so busy here... seems like ya blink and it's dinner time. After the concert we headed to the hotel and hung out. Cameron and I traded thrashings in cards. Dinner was great and then we closed the hotel lounge listening to some great music (performed by some local talent and helped thru-out by some of the boys).

We're off to Cork this morning. Blarney Castle is a stop along the way. This whole adventure has been so terrific so far... can't believe we've already been here a week! Have a great day, all. I'll be getting something posted throughout our day.
